OF USE.

KeelCadence provides self-serve Salesforce diagnostic tools designed to help users review Salesforce configuration, metadata, permissions, field usage, and related org health indicators.

KeelCadence tools are diagnostic and informational. They are intended to help identify areas for review, cleanup, risk assessment, and operational improvement. KeelCadence does not make changes to your Salesforce org.

You may only use KeelCadence tools with Salesforce orgs that you are authorized to access, review, or administer.

By running an audit, you represent that:

• You have the right to access the Salesforce org being reviewed.
• You have authority to run diagnostic checks against that org.
• Your use of KeelCadence does not violate your employer's, client's, or organization's policies.
• You will not use KeelCadence to access, review, or analyze systems without proper authorization.

KeelCadence may refuse or restrict access if misuse, unauthorized use, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.

KeelCadence tools are designed for low-friction, read-only diagnostics.

Unless otherwise stated, KeelCadence tools:

• Do not require a managed package install.
• Do not require Connected App setup.
• Do not intentionally export individual Salesforce record data.
• Run read-only metadata and aggregate configuration checks.
• Generate on-screen findings and optional downloadable reports.

KeelCadence uses session-based Salesforce access during the audit workflow. KeelCadence may temporarily hold a Salesforce Session ID while an audit is running so the tool can complete read-only diagnostic requests. KeelCadence does not store OAuth refresh tokens for the current Session-ID audit flow and does not retain Salesforce Session IDs with long-lived audit report records after the audit completes.

Certain workflows (such as the bookmarklet-based connector) run entirely in your browser using your existing Salesforce session. You are responsible for using the bookmarklet only on sessions you are authorized to access.

KeelCadence does not guarantee that every Salesforce edition, configuration, permission model, browser setting, or Salesforce release will support every audit feature.

KeelCadence audit reports are generated based on information available at the time the audit is run. Findings may depend on your Salesforce permissions, org configuration, metadata visibility, Salesforce API behavior, and the audit type selected.

Audit reports support review and decision-making, but they do not replace internal security review, compliance review, Salesforce architecture review, or professional judgment.

You are responsible for validating findings before making configuration, access, security, or business process changes in Salesforce.

KeelCadence may offer paid downloadable reports, premium audit outputs, or other paid product features.

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change over time. Launch pricing, promotional pricing, or early-access pricing may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Payment is required before access to paid downloadable reports unless otherwise stated.

Because KeelCadence reports are digital products generated from a Salesforce audit, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated or downloaded.

If a technical issue prevents report generation or access, contact support@keelcadence.com with your Report ID, payment details, and a short description of the issue. KeelCadence may, at its discretion, reissue access, regenerate a report, provide support, or issue a refund.

KeelCadence may retain audit reports and related diagnostic outputs for a limited period to support report access, troubleshooting, product support, and product improvement.

Audit reports and related metadata are retained for up to 90 days from the audit date, then deleted by automated purge jobs. Deletion removes report files and related database records.

To request earlier deletion, contact support@keelcadence.com with your Report ID.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your Salesforce account secure.
• Ensuring your use of KeelCadence complies with your internal governance, security, legal, and change management policies.
• Reviewing audit findings carefully before acting on them.
• Maintaining your own backups, exports, documentation, and Salesforce change history.

KeelCadence is not responsible for Salesforce changes you make based on audit findings.

You may not use KeelCadence to:

• Access or analyze Salesforce orgs without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with KeelCadence systems.
• Circumvent payment, usage limits, access controls, or security controls.
• Submit malicious code, automated abuse, or harmful requests.
• Misrepresent KeelCadence reports as formal legal, regulatory, security, or compliance certifications.
• Use KeelCadence in a way that violates applicable laws, Salesforce terms, or third-party rights.

KeelCadence is an evolving product. Features, audits, report sections, pricing, availability, and support options may change over time.

KeelCadence may suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.

KeelCadence does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every Salesforce org, browser, network, or security configuration.

If your question relates to a specific audit, include your Report ID and a short description of what you are trying to understand.

KeelCadence may provide clarification or support, but purchase of a report does not include consulting, implementation, remediation work, Salesforce administration, or custom development unless separately agreed in writing.

KeelCadence reports and findings are provided for informational and diagnostic purposes only.

KeelCadence does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, compliance, or formal security certification advice through the self-serve audit tools.

You should consult appropriate internal stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, security teams, legal counsel, or qualified professionals before making material changes based on audit findings.

KeelCadence is an independent product and business.

KeelCadence is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Salesforce, Inc.

Salesforce and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. References to Salesforce are for identification and interoperability purposes only.

KeelCadence websites, tools, audit logic, report formats, scoring models, content, designs, and related materials are owned by KeelCadence or its owner unless otherwise stated.

You may use reports generated for your own internal business review, remediation planning, and operational analysis. You may share generated reports internally and with contractors or consultants engaged to act on your behalf, provided they are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

You may not copy, resell, repackage, reproduce, or commercially exploit KeelCadence tools, report templates, scoring methods, or site content without written permission.

KeelCadence tools and reports are provided "as is" and "as available."

KeelCadence makes no warranty that:

• Findings will be complete or error-free.
• Every risk, issue, misconfiguration, or cleanup opportunity will be detected.
• Reports will satisfy any specific compliance, legal, security, procurement, or audit requirement.
• The service will be uninterrupted or available at all times.
• The tool will work with every Salesforce org, edition, permission model, or browser environment.

Where permitted by law, KeelCadence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or Salesforce configuration issues arising from your use of KeelCadence.

Where permitted by law, KeelCadence's total liability for any claim related to your use of the tools or reports will not exceed the amount you paid to KeelCadence for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

KeelCadence may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of KeelCadence after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the KeelCadence Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KeelCadence regarding your use of KeelCadence tools and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
